Carley Nasca Jadrich is a native of Fredonia, NY and a 2014 graduate of SUNY Brockport with her B.S. in dance and Interdisciplinary Arts for Children. During her undergraduate career, she served as counselor for the Russian American Foundation at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy Summer Intensive.

After graduation, she moved to Orlando, FL and taught dance at All-Star Dance Academy, Starbound Performers, and Heart to Sole Dance Studio. She also teaches dance and activity classes for hotels and senior centers through a nonprofit. She also worked as a Cast Member at Walt Disney World for four years.

Carley runs Carley Jane Dance, as a dance advocate and instructor, and Carley Jane Designs, creating a variety of organization and dance templates. She has received her Digital Marketing Certificate from Wilmington University and is currently obtaining her MA in Arts and Cultural Management with a Concentration in Marketing from the University of Denver. In July 2020, she attended the Virtual Dance/USA Conference and the Martha Graham Virtual Teacher Intensive, furthering her education in dance.

Carley has been with e.da.co Eclectic Dance Company since it first opened in doors in the Fall of 2011. She has been a Teacher, Choreographer, Performer, Executive Assistant and currently serves as e.da.co’s Digital Marketing Director and Senior Faculty Member.
